En las alturas” es un homenaje a una banda sonora especial, la de mi padre.
Las alturas de Machu Pichu, álbum de Los Jaivas, quienes musicalizaron la obra poética (homónima) de Pablo Neruda, sonó muchas veces en casa. Su sonido me recuerda Chile, pero sobre todo mi infancia y agradezco la oportunidad de haber podido escuchar este tipo de música desde pequeño. Gracias viejo <3

Las Alturas de Machu Picchu, the album by Los Jaivas — who set to music the (homonymous) poetic work of Pablo Neruda — played many times at home. Its sound reminds me of Chile, but above all, of my childhood, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have listened to this kind of music from such a young age. Thanks, Dad. <3
